Bass Workshop is a small independent music shop in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. It is 100% owned and run by experienced Bass players, serving the Australian Bass community since 2018. We sell, setup, service and repair Basses, Guitars, Amps and FX pedals.

Professional packing and fast shipping
Our long-standing relationship with UPS FedEx DHL and other international carriers lets us offer a range of shipping services. Our warehouse staff is highly trained and will be able to pack the items according to the exact and precise specifications. Before shipment, all items are thoroughly inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of customers each day across various countries. This shows our commitment to be the largest retailer online in the world. These warehouses are in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipping, our team will perform a thorough inspection on the items you purchased. Today, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because several parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
